We service a 12 miles radius from Welwyn Garden City and are able to offer you a fixed price service. With us, there are no nasty surprises or potentially expensive call-out fees. If we can't fix the problem, then there is no fee. Computer emergencies don't always happen during normal working hours and it is why we offer you a 24/7 service at no extra cost. BrokenPC Herts were founded in 2007 by our current owner, Gary Ward. Gary comes from and still lives in the Welwyn Garden City area, where we are also based. Gary has always been a bit of a Computer Boffin and his many years working in the Computer Department for the John Lewis Partnership in Welwyn Garden City, confirmed to him; there were a lot of people needing help and advice on what to buy and what was causing their computers to malfunction. Gary's time working for the John Lewis Partnership and their ethos of training staff to offer high levels of customer service, is something that Gary wanted to carry forward into our own business and is something he is very passionate about.
