The existing boiler will have a 100mm round flue, exiting horizontally to the rear. The current flue termination will be compliant with current building regulations. The existing boiler will have a 22mm gas supply. There will be provisions for condensate disposal in the immediate area. Boiler to be installed will be a 24KW Ideal Pro Combi larger models can be supplied at additional cost. The gas supply pipe diameter may need to be increased.
