Buckthorn House B&B

Buckthorn House is a real getaway. We are ¾ of a mile from the road overlooking the Hodder valley but only 4 miles from Clitheroe and within easy reach of the M6 and M62. Our location makes Buckthorn House the ideal base for cycling or walking holidays. If you are travelling on business or just travelling from A to B and need a relaxing night away from it all then Buckthorn House may be the perfect place. We are also located close to several popular wedding venues including: the Inn at Whitewell, Browsholme Hall and the Mitton Hall Hotel. Many of our weekend visitors are wedding guests. We are Tora and James and we welcome you to our home which we share with our dogs, Ella and Willow. We are pet friendly and can accommodate well behaved four legged visitors. Pets are never allowed up-stairs or in bedrooms. We have a kennel or your dogs are very welcome to spend the night with Ella & Willow in the house.
