Established in 1977 Burgin Limited is a fully integrated Mechanical and Electrical provider of all HVAC and associated services. The company operates throughout England with all activities controlled and monitored through our Colchester, Essex Headquarters.

Planned Preventative Maintenance for clients of all sizes and professions, including reactive call out and repairs, small works and emergency breakdown cover. With more than 500 individual properties currently being looked after, we have the infrastructure to support any size and level of support required when it comes to HVAC maintenance requests.

All Contracted customers have access to our services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Burgin engineers are fully qualified in their field, drive fully equipped liveried service vehicles and all use handheld PDA devices to enable real time exchange of information and reports with our customer support centre.
