Ian Ashley-Smith - Ian Ashley-Smith was named Chartered Legal Executive of the year at the Law Society excellence awards in 2012. The award recognises Ian's achievement in becoming the first ever chartered legal executive to be appointed Deputy District Judge sitting at County Courts across the south-east. Ian was instrumental in starting Butters David Grey in 1990 with John Butters David Grey and Barry Collins.

David Shortman - is a Consultant with over 40 years experience in Probate, Wills, Estate Planning, Court of Protection work, Trust matters and Powers of Attorney. David has been a partner in several firms during his career. He gives our firm a wealth of experience in his field.
