Three other members of the family work full time at the company, Crawford Anderson junior joined the company in 1999 and now takes an active role in the day to day running of the company alongside partner Martin Lynch. William Anderson has been working in the company for several years now and helps the company deliver it's high level of customer service and care. Customer service is always our first consideration and we only undertake work we can manage with total confidence in our expertise. Our reputation for quality work is very important to us. Unlike many of our competitors, our employees work directly for our company and have been doing so for a number of years. We also operate a very intensive apprentice program for young people and this provides us with our own "in house" qualified engineers.
