Carodance! Zumba Fitness Professional

I have trained in so many styles it would take some time to list them all!! I've trained in all forms, from Ballet and Tap, through to Street and Hiphop! You name it…I’ve probably done it at some point! I competed nationally in Ballroom, Latin and Disco winning many competitions in that time, as the love for dancing just grew and grew! Unfortunately, growing up and having children meant that getting a 'normal' job was a necessity!!! In 2011 however, I made the life-changing decision to leave behind the 9 to 5 job and started Carodance, the best thing that I've ever done!! I lost weight, gained confidence and am pleased to say that the job I always dreamed of having is now mine! So, in the here and now I am fully qualified to teach exercise to music, Zumba®, Zumba® Kids and Booiaka amongst other things, and have also realised the dream of releasing my own dance fitness programs to the market, UDF and Flaunt! Fabulously Flirty Fitness. I can truly say that, although its tough work, I absolutely love it…dancing and fitness was, is, and always will be my life as well as my work!
