The Team specialise in preparing planning applications and building regulation drawings for extensions and conversions to existing properties, right through to the design of bespoke new build homes. Established in 2008 by Matthew Newman, Case Designs offers a professional architectural design service throughout the South of England. As an Architectural Technician Matthew has previously produced construction drawings for some of the country’s largest residential construction companies and local contractors. In 2014 Simon Wyatt joined the team with a wealth of experience from the Construction Industry, having been a Project Manager on many large scale developments for some of the South’s leading construction companies, and then Director of his own company for over 10 years.
