Cast A Way

In 1998, Cast-A-Way cruise and resort hiring agency was established by Tracy Braunstein and Eric Theriault who between them had many years of on-board experience coupled with the skills needed to run a successful recruitment and hiring agency. Due to their success and the rapid growth in the cruise ship industry, Cast-A-Way-UK has evolved.

In 2004, Tracy and Eric were approached by Julie Kenyon and Jane Hall, two sisters with entrepreneurial talents to create and develop a UK branch of Cast-A-Way; originally a Canadian run business.
