Central Sussex College hosted their first ever 'Progression Week' in April, designed to help students find out more about the wide range of career, university and Apprenticeship options available to them.
Recent surveys from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) have found that recruitment of skilled workers has become increasingly difficult for employers across all sectors, resulting in a marked rise in in-house training and Apprenticeships.
