Managing Director Sarah Harrison joined CGA Personnel back in 1990 as a temp and since then has worked her way up through the company from Branch Administrator to eventually acquiring the company in April 2002. Over the years Sarah has gained a sound understanding of the employment market throughout the local area in relation to candidate awareness and salary expectations. Sarah’s approach to work is definitely hands on and she prides herself in maintaining high standards within the recruitment profession.
