Headed by Grant Farnell, a leading independent financial adviser for many years, the business came together to pool the resources of some of the North West's leading finance professionals, to offer clients an unparalleled amount of independent financial experience. Joined by Dave Heaton and David Torkington, Chancellor has grown into the sophisticated and focused financial management company it is today.
