James Chandler and his co‐workers have been involved in a diverse range of projects encompassing all aspects of the trade, from traditional on–site carpentry, to contemporary bespoke joinery. James Chandler is a fully qualified carpenter/joiner based in Stratford-upon-Avon. With 15 years experience, Chandler Carpentry & Joinery offers a wide range of services including, 1st & 2nd fix carpentry, roof and loft constructions, bespoke joinery, kitchen installation, timber frame erecting and out–buildings, refurbishments, and wood flooring. One of James’s most notable achievements was his involvement in the Grand Designs Passivhaus project. The house was the first in the country to be certified as a Passivhaus – an energy efficient, german–standard, built project. James helped to produce the built–in joinery for the house.
