Established in 1976 in South Hampshire, the Firm was originally estate agency orientated and then expanded into property management and associated skills. The estate agencies and property management departments were disposed of in recent years to enable the professional practice of the Firm to concentrate in particular area of the profession. With offices initially in Chandiers Ford and now in Romsey our location has excellent communications along the south coast to Bournemouth, Portsmouth and beyond and also northwards towards Swindon, Reading and the London suburbs. We are a small locally based practice concentrating mainly in construction related matters in the commercial sector. In the residential sector we offer defects diagnosis and remedy advice but we do not undertake house purchase surveys. There is a wealth of experience within the Firm and we have a reputation for prompt response to instructions and personal service with access to our working surveyors.
