Charles Dominic Ltd was started when Gerry Allen found that larger insurance brokers were not serving small and medium sized businesses with the level of service and help they needed. As the firm has grown, it has maintained this ethos and continued to develop a market niche looking after small and medium sized businesses, start up companies and business owner managers.

We provide continuity. Many larger insurers and brokers have constant changes in personnel, however we aim to get to know and understand a client's business over a long period of time. We have known some of our clients for 20 years or more. We never forget how important a client is to us and their loyalty is very much appreciated.

We give our clients a professional and dedicated level of service and try to ensure that we offer a personal approach to each and every client. Every client's business is different and unique in its own way and we strive to help in an adaptable and approachable way for all our clients.
