Chippy's

In 1955 we expanded our business to Haverhill taking over the old (Copseys) Fish & Chip shop at 36/38 High Street in Haverhill which is now where Axa Insurance is located). In 1966 we purchased our first Mobile Fish & Chip van and for ten years we travelled all over Suffolk selling fish & chips in the local towns and villages. Due to a redevelopment of the High Street in 1973, we had to close our shop but we moved to a purpose designed shop in Strasbourg Square on the Chalkstone Estate, Haverhill. We are now in our fourth generation of cooking fish & chips so we like to think we know a little about it! Over the years we have always kept up with technology and now have the latest state of the art cooking equipment in both our shop and on our mobile vehicle. We have also been fortunate to have a team of loyal, friendly and helpful staff who always strive to ensure our products are the very best.
