CHP was formed in 2006. At the time we had a big presence in the electrical contracting industry working in London and all over the south east. However, the directors saw a gap in the market for a local, one-stop contractor. We believe that we are the only company of our kind. Unlike many other property maintenance companies we employ our electricians and gas engineers. We also employ carpenters, tillers, plasterers, cleaners and plumbers.

Our aim is to build relationships with our clients. If you are a landlord then we can liaise with your tenants and take care of every aspect of the job, giving you peace of mind and value for money. If you are a home owner or small business we can take care of all the little emergencies that occur from day to day.
