Good old-fashioned customer service. You know, things like listening; or refusing to take no for an answer when batting on your behalf. A point of contact, an actual person you can talk to face to face, over the phone, or by email. These have been core principles since the company’s inception in 1977. Known initially as Williamson & McClure, they remain something we still sign up to with all our customers. The company has grown, with offices in Crumlin, Ballyclare and two in Belfast, but we are essentially the same family run brokerage started back in the Seventies. We may have forged strong working relationships with many of the UK’s top insurers like AXA, LV, Zurich, Royal & Sun Alliance, Allianz, and Aviva to name but a few. We are also members of province wide Limited, growing stronger as part of a combined network of 27 branches across Northern Ireland; yet also remain the friendly local face of insurance.
