CJF Partnership was established by Craig Fillingham, a Chartered Building Surveyor and qualified CDM Co-ordinator. Craig began his surveying career in local government with exposure to the full portfolio of properties. He later worked for national and international multi-disciplinary practices undertaking the full range of Building Surveying and Project Management duties for corporate, public sector and domestic clients. He notably worked on a £2million per annum planned maintenance programme for a global financial institution, a £2million per annum development programme for a national housing association, several due diligence programmes for national and international manufacturers, a c.£3million residential development providing full construction project management services, and numerous reinstatement programmes on behalf of insurers following insurance claims.
