The company is CHAS and Constructionline accredited. All our tradesmen hold CSCS cards and are PASMA and IPAF trained and they have all had CRB clearance. Based in Fleetwood, Lancashire, R J Clarke Painting and Decorating Contractor Ltd was founded approximately 30 years ago and was formerly known as Andrew and Clarke. In 2003 the company changed from Andrew and Clarke to R J Clarke Painting and Decorating Contractor Ltd. All of the original tradesmen transferred across to the new company and the majority are still with the company today.
