For over 20 years we’ve been helping women from across the Sunderland and North East area become fitter, healthier and more confident. With our fully equipped gym including an array of resistance machines, free weights and cardio machines, as well as our comprehensive timetable with over 60 classes per week, ranging from HIIT, abs and kettlebells, to Yoga, Clubbercise, Zumba and everything in between, we have created a health and fitness haven for all ages, sizes and abilities. Our fully qualified and experienced team work hard to deliver a variety of 1-1 and small group personal training sessions, as well as classes and bootcamps to ensure training for all needs and goals are catered for. Whether you want to improve your fitness, grow your strength, lose weight, drop a dress size, increase muscle tone, or just start or keep up a hobby, in the company of like-minded people, then we are the place for you. The support doesn’t stop when you leave the gym. We’re contactable via our social media pages outside of daily opening hours so any questions or queries are answered in a timely manner meaning there’s no halt to your journey or achieving your goals.
