So who is Coach Conor? Coach Conor is a London based physiotherapist, sports massage therapist. Currently working in Bromley, Fleet Street and other areas in London. I am dedicated to helping people reach their health & fitness goals. Eradicate pain, lose weight, build muscle, increase strength and feel energised. I place particular emphasis on integrating my client's goals into a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle. Avoiding the obsessive practices often advised which make sticking to your routine difficult and inevitably result in another lost battle. In the words of Richard Branson. Complexity is your enemy. Any fool can make something complicated. It is hard to make something simple. There is a significant amount of conflicting information out there when it comes to healthy living.
