Coastal Chiropractic Clinic

Chiropractors provide care for patients of all ages, who present with a range of acute and chronic conditions. As well as advice about self-help, exercise, diet and lifestyle, chiropractors often provide support for pain management, minor sports injuries and active rehabilitation. There is an emphasis on manual treatments including spinal adjustment and other joint and soft tissue manipulation (World Federation of Chiropractic, 2001). Chiropractors mainly use their hands to help with problems of the joints and muscles of the body. Many people 'put up' with aches and stiffness as they think this is a normal part of life when in fact they could be greatly reduced with Chiropractic care. Here at the Coastal Chiropractic Clinic we aim to improve the quality of life of people that attend the clinic, reducing the frequency and severity of aches, pains and stiffness that they may suffer.
