John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 2009 and joined Collins Hart in 2010. He became partner in 2013 when the firm changed name to Collins. He is married to Elle and has a young son called Hudson. Besides family life, interests include endurance events having completed UK Ironman in 2016 and London marathon twice. In addition to surfing, going away in the campervan and supporting Birmingham City. John covers a wide variety of industries and leads all new start-ups for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. He heads up the journey into the digital era and cloud accounting assisting with transition through Making Tax Digital (MTD). Other areas of expertise include audit, VAT, CIS, income tax and auto enrolment.
