We also have qualified strength and conditioning coaches, Kettlebell coaches and fitness Instructors. We have beginners and advanced classes in Boxing, Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Submission Grappling, Judo, Kickboxing, Ladies Fitness, Self Defence, Kettlebells, Yoga and Children’s classes.
