Community Law Service (Northampton and County) (formerly Welfare Rights Advice Service - Northampton and County) provides comprehensive advice and representation in the fields of welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment law and immigration. Established in 1983 Community Law Service is the largest independent advice provider in the East Midlands.

Our service is independent and confidential. We hold the Specialist Quality Mark in all our service delivery areas. Our highly experienced caseworkers and solicitors provide a comprehensive casework service providing advice from beginning to conclusion including representation at social security appeal tribunals, immigration appeals, housing repossession hearings, bankruptcy hearings and other debt related matters at the Crown and County Court.
