We do not charge a call-out fee or diagnosis fees and we have a genuine No-Fix-No-Fee policy. It doesn’t cost anything for us to look at your computer and we never pressurise people into going ahead with repairs. If you decide you would prefer not to repair then that is fine with us. We are always looking to gain long-term customers so we really don’t believe in the ‘hard sell’. We leave all decisions about what you want to do with your computer completely up to you. Our reputation is everything to us and, because of this, we do everything to ensure that our customers are happy. At Glendinning Computers we understand that to most people their laptop or desktop isn’t just a piece of equipment, it’s an essential part of their life. For some people it is necessary for their livelihood, for others it’s a lifeline that connects them to the world and brings them entertainment. For nearly every computer owner the music, video, data and photograph files stored on their PC define who they are. This is why we treat computers and data with the utmost respect – parts can be replaced but memories cannot and we understand this.
