Over the years, we’ve been committed to looking after and encouraging people to live independently within their own homes. We offer home care as a flexible to short and long-term solution that’s available to help in crisis situations or assist with daily living. Our principal objective is the provision of high-quality support to enable people of all ages to be cared for in their own home for as long as is possible. Alternatively, we want to enable customers to return to their own homes from a stay in a hospital or accommodation elsewhere, thereby promoting a real choice between care at home and residential care. Our customers should be treated as individuals. No two people have the same needs or likes and that applies to our staff, too, who may vary in ability and personality. It is our job to match a customer’s requirements to that of our monitored and trained care staff.
