All orders placed before 5pm will be despatched the following day at the latest. Of course, if you live in York, you have the option to collect your toys and gifts from our shop on 9 Museum Street, York. Please feel free to contact us if you need any help or advice, especially if there is insufficient stock to complete your order, as we have separate stock for our shop and will be more than happy to add this if it is available.
