What driving licence do I need? A full driving licence held for at least 2yrs. If held for only one year or less you may still hire a vehicle but on some occasions different rates may apply. What about endorsements? If you are over 25 then you can have 2 minor convictions in the last 3 years i.e 2 minor speeding offences 3 pts each that did not involve a disqualification. If you have been disqualified or you are not sure, please phone the office to discuss your convictions. Can I pay a COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) to delete my excess?

A CDW Collision damager waiver can be paid locally to reduce your excess to £150.00 or Zero, depending on your vehicle, location and drop off. Typically the cost is approximately £6.00 per day. Will I get my deposit back? Your deposit will be refunded to you in full when you return the vehicle. If any damage has occurred while the vehicle has been in your care, the cost of the repair will be deducted from your deposit and the remaining balance refunded to you.
