Corr Recruitment

Back in June 2010 we set out on a massive project to create the largest multi-temperature food service depot in the country which resulted in the building of a brand new 200,000 sq ft facility in Reading. As part of this project there was the requirement to recruit a complete new team of management, warehouse operatives, administrators and drivers. A key requirement of the project was to ensure that all staff employed were of a very high standard so I required every new employee to go through CV/Application screening, telephone interviews, face to face interviews, paper assessments and manual / driving assessments. To manage this process Corr Recruitment was awarded the contract to supply permanent staff to our new distribution centre. This project involved the recruitment of 400 permanent staff across a variety of sectors over a 5 month period. Corr Recruitment exceeded all expectation achieving a KPI of 99% over the 12 intake dates throughout the 5 month period.
