County Nannies was established in 1999 and has subsequently made 2 specialist childcare agency acquisitions, Au Pair International, in 2002 and The Nanny Agency in 2003. County Nannies is owned by Mrs Benedicte Speed. A modern languages graduate, she is fluent in French and has worked in the recruitment industry since 1984. Benedicte is a mother herself and has employed the services of a full-time Nanny, Maternity Nurse and an Au-Pair to look after her 2 young children.
