I’m Anne Richardson, a registered nutritional therapy practitioner with a special interest in disordered eating. I have a passion for food and want to help people become more relaxed with their diets. I believe that, although nutrition is a science, we shouldn’t eat scientifically. I believe many of us have lost our ways with food and that this is impacting on not only our physical health but also our mental well-being.I want to simplify food for you so that you don’t feel trapped anymore. I want to show you that it is possible to be healthy while enjoying food.I offer a range of services from one-to-one consultations and talks to corporate well-being programmes or cookery lessons.
