CUPE (Change Using Project Environments) was established to add more value than cost to improve client projects. We do this by developing people to deliver better. We offer a range of training and business solutions for project, programme and portfolio management. In early 2012, we were awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certificate for our quality systems. The ISO 9001:2008 certification covers both Training and Consulting. We strive to ensure quality throughout the company and this is regularly reflected in client feedback.

The team at CUPE has a wealth of experience and expertise in delivering successful solutions, from training project team members through to developing a bespoke method for a company together with the business processes and training to implement the method. David, our CEO is a recognised expert in the field and is always looking to ensure that our clients are stronger as a result of working with CUPE and that we improve their organisational capabilities.
