We offer a broad range of qualifications and training in Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, Retail, Childcare and Adult Care. Our staff are qualified, experienced and enthusiastic about providing you with the right solutions to match your needs. In both 2016 & 2007 we were awarded with the Skills For Care Accolades award, this was in recognition of the excellent service we provide. We were also runner up for the Accolade in 2014. We are an accredited centre for Matrix and IIP. We achieve exceptionally good outcomes with outcomes well above national averages and the majority of learners achieve timely. Our Employer and Learner satisfaction as shown in the Learner Choices Survey 2017 results is 100% would recommend and Employer Choices Survey 2017 was 92% would recommend. We also foster high levels of commitment and standards from learners; this ensures that the qualifications we approve are recommendations of good practice. We provide a full range of Health and Social Care qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5: Diplomas, Intermediate Apprenticeships, Advanced Apprenticeships and Higher Apprenticeships. We also provide Management qualifications at level 3, 5 and 7 through ILM. Business Administration and Customer Services qualifications are offered at level 2 and 3.
