D2I Property Maintenance

D2I Property Maintenance is a family run property maintenance business, based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. It was started by Wayne Hallam who has over 20 years experience in the building industry. Wayne started working as a sole trader in 2003. In 2009 he expanded the business by adding a high quality team of tradesmen, which has led to becoming registered with Companies House. We currently work with several large insurance and utility service companies and have done for the last 6 years.

Our whole philosophy is to provide a high quality service and finish at a fair price, working to fulfil the customer's needs and stay on budget. We pride ourselves on customer service. A good job requires a high end finish, prompt service, cleanliness, but mostly, for added peace of mind, people you can trust - this is us, as all our staff are CRB checked. No job is too big or too small with our experienced team of tradesmen we can complete any task from start to finish.
