Dales Veterinary Centre

We invest heavily each year in both equipment and training to ensure we can provide the best for your pets. All of us here at The Dales are pet owners ourselves and our recommendations and treatments are those that we would offer for our own pets. Having qualified from The Royal Veterinary College in 1990 I spent some time working in a large animal practice in Kent. A year working and travelling in Australia followed, before returning back to my roots in Yorkshire. A spell working in Selby proceeded my move to Otley and taking over The Dales Veterinary Centre in 1998. I enjoy spending time at home with my dog Oscar walking in the beautiful Dales countryside. In my rare spare time I can be found snowboarding (falling over) in the Alps or scuba diving (controlled drowning) in the Med, usually accompanied by my daughter Millie.
