All boiler manufacturers recommend a 12 month service interval on appliances, this helps to ensure their efficiency, safety and prolong the life of your boiler. If your boiler is under guarantee, it must be serviced annually or the guarantee is void. We provide boiler service reminders to help you keep up to date with these checks. A flue gas analysis is performed at every boiler service to check its efficiency, oxygen, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide to ensure all these parameters are within manufacturers tolerances.

We can provide a full service to remind when the checks are due and liaise direct with letting agents or tenants to book appointments. Our certificates are completed electronically, allowing us to send copies of the certificates direct to landlord, letting agents and tenants via email or post. Certificates are kept on a backed-up computer system for future reference if required.
