Robert Clubb & Co (established 1971), already then a well-established local company, were approached to use their knowledge and expertise to provide an additional service to take over the care of Dedham Mill. That’s where it all began and word soon spread to other potential sites. It has been the success of the property management arm, and the increasing portfolio of sites that has led Robert Clubb to form a dedicated company — Dunwell Property Management.
