Derek Nicolson Computer Services, was started like a lot of businesses, from a small office at home in 2004, moving in 2009 to our current premises at 20 Tulloch Street Dingwall has allowed us to expand, offering repairs to Servers, Computers, Laptops and Games Consoles, along with repair and supply of all the little bits and pieces that make them work, but not forgetting what we do best…good old fashioned computer repairs, at a fair price, with excellent customer service. We provide computer services to homes and business in the Highlands of Scotland, covering Dingwall, Inverness, Alness, Invergordon, Tain and all the places in between as far a field as Buckie & Banff. We have a large customer base, with more customers per day requesting our services. Our aim is to provide a high quality service at affordable prices in an attempt to gain the highest customer retention level possible. Nearly all our new customers are word of mouth referrals, with most of our regular customers knowing our first names we really do provide a personal and first class service.
