Here at The Devon School of English we have created a relaxed and friendly environment where learning English is a real pleasure and where everyone is treated as a special guest.

We started the school in 1971 and now our sons, all academics and linguists, are the directors of the school. They work hard to maintain the very highest standards in student education, activity programmes, accommodation and welfare.

As an independent, family-run school, we can react quickly to the latest developments in teaching and preserve that “personal touch” for which we are well-known.
