The firm dates back to 1877 when it was established by H W Dibben and has a long tradition of service to both private and commercial clients. Today we have a thoroughly modern approach by which we aim to provide a high quality comprehensive service at a fair price. In 1993 Dibbens was the second law firm in the United Kingdom to achieve the "Investor in People" accreditation for its commitment to the training and development of its staff. In 2011 Dibbens achieved the Lexcel accreditation recognising their commitment to excellence in the management of the firm.

Dibbens holds a Legal Services Commission Quality Mark and has members of the Law Society Personal Injury and Family Law panels. Dibbens provides a wide range of legal services, these include conveyancing, Will making and Divorce. We also specialise in accident claims, Clinical Negligence, Employment and general civil litigation and dispute resolution.
