Using the invaluable training and experience gained from her extensive performing dance career, with the English National Ballet Company, our professionally qualified teacher sets a high standard of tuition allowing dancers to understand “body mechanics”, providing them with the ability and skill to realise and express their full dance potential. Classes are constructive and creative, building week on week to establish a good dance grounding and all-round body conditioning for better, healthier living. Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced dancer, our friendly, personal approach allows you the opportunity to advance at your own pace in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
