Dolphin Public Health Limited was established in 2006 by Bernard Morley to provide a high quality environmental health consultancy service specialising in food safety, health & safety, housing and public health. Bernard has been a qualified Environmental Health officer for twenty eight years working for four different local authorities before setting up the company. Dolphin Public Health Limited is based in North East England and has fulfilled contracts with eight different local authorities as well as working with private clients in the last three years. This year, the company has registered with Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) to offer food hygiene and health & safety training. The company will continue to achieve improvements in public health by working with local authorities, private companies, small businesses and individuals to provide simple solutions to complex problems.
