Neville Folwell is a qualified technician and uses the water extraction method of carpet & upholstery cleaning, often referred to as steam cleaning (however not an accurate term). This is the best form of carpet cleaning as the professional products penetrate into the deepest part of the carpet pile, agitating the ground in dirt. This is then powerfully extracted with hot water which not only brings out the dirt but also the products, leaving the carpets practically dry (drying times can vary depending on conditions we are happy to advice). Neville takes pride in his work and the professional service he offers to his clients, he's also known to throw in the odd joke or two & if asked nicely may do an impersonation after finishing his work of course!
