CBT Counselling Scotland is an independent private provider of specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR and Counselling services, which is owned and run by Dr Joe Armstrong. We are skilled in providing evidence-based psychological therapies to individuals and organisations and operate across Central, Tayside and Fife regions of Scotland.
