Based in Lymington in the heart of the New Forest we are an established practice covering Hampshire, Dorset and the surrounding areas including Beaulieu, Brockenhurst, Christchurch, Highcliffe, New Milton and Barton-on-Sea. Many of our clients are new to the area and depend on our extensive local knowledge to assist in the purchase of their property.

For clients wanting to modernise, alter or extend their home or build from new we can manage all aspects of the project including the initial design stage. Working in house or in conjunction with your selected architect we will see the project through the Local Authority Planning process and prepare the technical submission for Building Regulations approval. We will then prepare a detailed schedule of works with specifications for the tender document, essential for obtaining an accurate costing for the work. Then administer the contract to ensure the proper execution of the works with fair and accurate accounting.
