Originally from the Isle of Wight, Where I Studied Sugar craft at the College of Art & Tec. I Launched Dream Wedding Creations in 2011, returning to my no.1 love as a cake maker and cake designer designing and creating Bespoke Wedding & Celebration Cakes with Sugar craft Courses at a local College. I mostly work with Sugar Paste but will design in Royal Icing if required In August 2015 we relocated to Heald Green, Cheadle, Cheshire and will serve Clients in the Cheshire area including Manchester, Stockport, Cheadle, Hale, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Heald Green , Cheadle Hulme and Surrounding areas My background is in Retail, Customer Service, the Wedding Cake Industry and Sugar craft.
