We are incredibly proud that The Furniture Warehouse has been furnishing the homes of the West Midlands since 1991. The other day the team sat down with a cuppa (on one of our super comfy sofas!) and worked out that in that time we have sold over 100,000 pieces of furniture. So what is the secret to our success?

We genuinely believe that the most important thing we can do as a furniture retailer is provide every customer with a fantastic shopping experience and excellent customer service. We've always found that our relaxed, friendly, no pressure attitude is a winner with our customers. We know that if you like something, you'll want it. We don't try and sell our customers a single thing that they don't need- like extra insurances, finance packages and fabric protection that can end up doubling the cost of your item!

We know that every person who walks in to our impressive 45,000 sq ft showroom is after something a little bit different. After all, everyones living style is unique.
