All of our Physiotherapists are registered with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) We offer acupuncture as a standalone treatment or part of your care. Exercise is key to health and moving well and moving often are a huge step in the right direction for wellness. Often injuries are more likely to occur if we are not able to move well. Joint stiffness, poor movement or imbalances are often underlying reasons for this and the Functional Movement Screen will provide you with information about your exercise choices and how to improve.
